Yolanda Hutchins

Yolanda Hutchins, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, currently serves as Chief People Officer at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) since September 2021, where responsibilities include people strategy, organizational development, and change management. In addition, Yolanda is an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review and a Founding Member of Chief, both roles started in 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Vice President - Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at PhRMA from January 2018 to September 2021, where significant advancements in DEI programs were achieved, as well as various leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Citigroup, focusing on human resources, talent acquisition, and corporate diversity initiatives. Yolanda holds a Master's degree in Organization Psychology from Columbia University and has completed additional studies at Georgetown University.
