Dave Kirk is the Global Talent Management & Development Lead at Chiesi UK since August 2019. Prior to that, he was with MSD from June 2003 to August 2019, where he held various roles including Business Practices Engagement Lead. Dave has a Level 3 Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Aberystwyth University. He is responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering innovative learning solutions across the business, as well as supporting individuals and teams to operate with the highest ethical standards.
