Chris Hale

Chris Hale is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in real estate, child advocacy, and counseling. Since July 2016, Chris has served as an IROP Independent Rental Owner Professional with Step-up Management Team, focusing on real estate investments. Concurrently, Chris has worked with Child Advocates, Inc. as a Guardian Ad Litem, providing court-appointed advocacy for children involved with Child Protective Services since August 2012. Additionally, Chris has been a Self-employed Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor since June 2015. From July 2013 to August 2017, Chris contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at Alvin Community College, teaching dual credit courses to high school students. Chris holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
