Carmencita Carter

Carmencita Carter has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as the Center Coordinator at the Child Development Council of Franklin County since April 1997. In this role, Carmencita leads program initiatives, schedules trainings, provides staff coverage, and trains new staff while managing data and collaborating on community outreach activities. Prior to this position, Carmencita worked as a Line Supervisor at MCL Cafeteria from September 1988 to August 1998, focusing on employee scheduling and food quality control. Carmencita holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Studies from Union Institute & University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education from Columbus State Community College.
