Micaela CHRL, CPM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Micaela began their career in 1997 at BCPBANK CANADA, where they held the position of Senior Staff Accountant and also provided part-time internal audit support. In 2003, they joined ELECTRONIC COMMERCE COUNCIL OF CANADA as an Accounting Manager, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Accounting department and managing a team of three. In 2005, they transitioned to Navantis as a Senior Accountant, where they processed payrolls, prepared contracts, and implemented an orientation process for new hires. In 2007, they joined WHG as the Corporate Director of Human Resources, leading and developing the HR team and providing advice to management on HR matters. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Child Development Institute, where they are responsible for strategic HR support, legislative compliance, and managing HR and payroll staff.
Micaela CHRL, CPM has completed their education from various institutions. Micaela became certified as a CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) by the HR Professional Association. Additionally, they obtained their certification as a CPM (Certified Payroll Manager) from the Canadian Payroll Association. Micaela also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Ryerson University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Information Technology.

They offer evidence-based programs for children ages 0-12 and youth ages 13-18, and their families across four streams: Early Intervention Services, Family Violence Services, the Integra Program and Healthy Child Development.
