Ajoy M. is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, business development, and leadership within various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Mango Consulting LLC since November 2022, Ajoy leads US operations for Counterguard and manages multiple aspects for Qylur Intelligent Systems. Additionally, Ajoy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Follow[the]Seed, a global venture capital fund established in July 2015. Ajoy's commitment to community service is reflected in roles as a Limited Partner and Mentor at NAMI, a Board Member at the Autism Society of America, and Vice-Chair and Treasurer for Child Family Health International. Previous leadership positions include Interim COO and CFO at Smarten Spaces, Interim Chief Executive Officer at ClassCover, and Special Advisor to the CEO at Centrical. Ajoy holds an MBA in International Business & Information Systems from the University of Miami and has an educational background in Physics.
