Joseph W. Boucher

Joseph has a Law degree, an MBA in finance and is a CPA. He has worked for years on business entity legislation for LLC’s and other entities. Joseph uses his combination of legal and business expertise to work with closely held businesses.

He teaches at the UW-Madison Business School; is a co-author of several books and articles on LLCs AV Preeminent® Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings. He is currently included in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers® list and in The Best Lawyers in America® Named the Best Lawyers’® 2017 and 2019 Closely Held Companies & Family Business “Lawyer of the Year” for Madison.
