Olivia Selemon

Olivia Selemon is an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator Team Lead at The D. E. Shaw Group since August 2022, previously serving as a Behavior Technician and Staff Associate at the Child Mind Institute. At the Child Mind Institute, Olivia managed administrative duties for a full-time clinical psychiatrist, facilitated family interactions, and coordinated intake processes for new patients. Prior to this, Olivia worked at The Walt Disney Studios as a Set Decorator Coordinator and contributed to fundraising efforts at Colby College as a Phonathon Employee. Academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Neuropsychology from Colby College and a study period at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Additional experience includes internships in neuropsychology and integrative medicine.
