Taylor Gramps

Taylor Gramps has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. They began their career as a General Management Intern at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in 2006. Following that, they worked as a Housing Coordinator at the same company in 2007, where they were responsible for organizing and maintaining housing for conference participants. They then joined the Berkeley Repertory Theatre as a Management Fellow in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an Assistant Company Manager at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, where their duties included supervision, travel booking, and budgeting. They also served as a Company Manager at the Summer Theatre of New Canaan in 2009. In the same year, they joined A.R.T./New York as an Executive Assistant, where they handled special projects and co-produced events. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Special Assistant at Growth Philanthropy Network, providing administrative support and assisting with grant applications. In 2017, they became an Emerging Leader at Princeton AlumniCorps. They then spent several years at Peer Health Exchange, starting as a NYC Development Manager and being promoted to roles such as NYC Development Director, Interim NYC Executive Director, and finally Senior Director, Development Planning and Operations. Most recently, Taylor joined the Child Mind Institute in 2022 as the Director of Development Operations.

Taylor Gramps earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Theatre Arts from Drew University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Following that, Taylor pursued a Master of Science degree in Nonprofit Management at The New School from 2011 to 2013. Their education history also includes attending King from 1995 to 2003, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this institution.
