Catherine Richards

Catherine Richards is a seasoned research analyst with a strong background in data analysis and psychological research. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Child Trends since January 2023, Catherine previously held roles as a Data & Financials Analyst at Think Small® and a Data Analyst at College Possible. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, Catherine designed and implemented numerous scientific experiments, managed participant recruitment, and presented research findings at international conferences. Catherine also contributed significantly as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where protocol development and scientific writing were key responsibilities. Catherine holds a Master of Arts in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
