Shaniah Smith

Shaniah Smith is a Project Manager at Child Trends since January 2022, bringing valuable experience from previous roles as a Program Manager at Everyday Miracles from January 2020 to January 2022, and as an Infant Teacher at New Horizon Academy from January 2018 to January 2020. At Everyday Miracles, Shaniah managed intern and volunteer recruitment, oversight of educational programs, and curriculum development for childbirth education and wellness classes. Earlier in the career, Shaniah held positions as a Toddler Teacher Aide at 3R's Early Childhood Learning Center, co-teaching and implementing foundational educational strategies for young children. Shaniah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Justice from Hamline University.
