Kate Rocke

Kate Rocke has extensive experience in social services, particularly in child welfare and substance abuse. Currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at Children and Family Futures since February 2019, Kate provides training and technical assistance to various states and jurisdictions. Previously, Kate held several roles at Amara, including Associate Director of Social Services, where management of a clinical team and oversight of foster parent education were key responsibilities. Additionally, Kate's background includes roles at organizations such as Solid Ground, the U.S. Department of Justice, and Refugee Services of Texas, highlighting a commitment to advocacy for vulnerable populations. Kate holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.
