Katie Findley-Bhatta, PhD, MSW has extensive experience in research and evaluation, with a focus on child and family welfare. Katie is currently serving as the Research and Evaluation Program Director at Children and Family Futures. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Research Consultant at Gift of Life Howie's House and the Coalition for Organ-Failure Solutions. Katie also held various roles at Rutgers University, including Parttime Lecturer, Project Manager- Center for Leadership and Management, and Program Coordinator- Center for Prevention Science. Katie's expertise also includes working as a Researcher at the NJ Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Katie began their career as a Graduate Assistant at the Institute for Families.

Katie Findley-Bhatta, PhD, MSW has an extensive education history in the field of social work. Katie attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology. Following their undergraduate studies, Katie pursued a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2009 to 2011. Building upon their master's education, they furthered their academic journey at Rutgers University from 2011 to 2018, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Social Work.
