Dr. Julius Mullen

Dr. Julius Mullen, Ed.D., LPCMH, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. Julius is currently serving as the Chief Inclusion Officer at Children & Families First, where they are responsible for building a resilient organizational culture and supporting professional development. Prior to this, they served as the Chairperson of the Board at Trauma Matters Delaware, where they coordinated trauma-informed initiatives and advocated for best practices. Dr. Mullen is also the Co-Founder of IMPACT Delaware, an impactful mentoring program for youth. Additionally, they have been an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University since 2004, teaching various courses related to counseling and mental health. Dr. Julius also has experience as the Executive Director at The Bryan Allen Stevenson School of Excellence, where they provided leadership and ensured effective learning for students. Formerly, they held the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Children & Families First of Delaware, Inc., playing a key role in the strategic vision and program effectiveness. Before that, they worked as a Clinical Supervisor at Delaware Guidance Services.
