Mica Matsoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnership management, public relations, and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Children First Fund, Mica spearheads initiatives to cultivate partnerships with businesses, philanthropic entities, and community organizations, while guiding organizational advancement efforts. Previous roles include Senior Advisor for the Office of the Governor of Illinois, where Mica addressed complex outreach and operational challenges, and Communications Director for both the governor and their election campaign. Mica has also held key positions at Chicago 2016, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Arizona State University, and Edelman. Mica holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
