Christopher Hoyt has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Christopher'smost recent role (2020-present) is as the Senior Director of Business Transformation at Children International. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Transformation at the same organization from 2020 to 2023.
Before joining Children International, Christopher worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos™, an alternative child care and family strengthening organization operating in 9 countries in Latin America & the Caribbean. Christopher held this position from 2016 to 2020. Christopher also served as a National Director at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos™ from 2013 to 2016.
In 2012, Christopher was an International Development Fellow at Catholic Relief Services and a Volunteer at Rural Development Centre (RUDEC). From 2008 to 2012, they worked as the Director of Volunteers at Missionaries of the Precious Blood.
Christopher's work experience also includes a role as the Director of General Activities at Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos™ from 2005 to 2008.
Christopher Hoyt holds a B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame. Christopher also has a Master's degree in Public Administration and Non-profit Organizational Management from The University of Kansas.
