Maria Fernanda Corral has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Maria Fernanda is currently working as the Vice President of Global Talent Growth at Children International, a global humanitarian nonprofit organization. In this role, they are responsible for building a value-driven culture, developing global talent growth strategies, and implementing innovative practices to attract and develop high-performing individuals.

Maria Fernanda Corral obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. Maria Fernanda studied at the university from 1985 to 1990.
