Kelsey Smierciak

Kelsey Smierciak has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Manager of Operations at Children of America since November 2018, where previous roles included Billing Manager, Subsidy Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Analyst. Prior to this, Kelsey worked as a Customer Service Representative at State Farm ® from May 2018 to November 2018, and as a Teacher at Young Explorers Preschool, earning the "Teacher of the Year" award during the tenure from July 2017 to May 2018. Kelsey graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Miami University in 2017, having also attended Florida Atlantic University from 2013 to 2014. Additional experience includes roles as a Waitress at Sushi Nara and an Office Administrator at Gym X-Treme All-Stars, as well as coaching cheerleading and gymnastics at Step One All-Stars.
