Benne Baker

Benne Baker currently serves as the Director of Housing at Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries, a role held since May 2021. In addition, Benne has been with The Children's Center of Wayne County since December 2017, initially as Human Resources Supervisor and advancing to Human Resources Manager. Benne also contributes to Detroit Michigan Works as Assistant Project Director since January 2010, and previously held the position of Director of Operations at Advance Personnel Group from December 2015 to December 2017. Benne’s academic background includes two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Interdisciplinary Humanities and History, both earned from Michigan State University.
