Tiffany Leid

Tiffany Leid currently serves as the Senior Director of Administrative Operations at The Children's Center of Wayne County, a position held since January 2019. In this role, Tiffany oversees multiple teams focused on revenue cycle operations and client relations, emphasizing the review and reconciliation of explanation of benefits while driving process improvements in claims and billing standards. Prior to this, Tiffany worked at Wayne State University Physician Group as the Behavioral Health Billing Manager from September 2004 to January 2019, where responsibilities included staff hiring, training, and supervision in behavioral health operations, as well as analyzing service utilization trends to enhance case management procedures.
