Alicia Hambrecht

Alicia Hambrecht, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia held the position of Human Resources Manager at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh from January 2022 to November 2023. Alicia's career at UPMC began in June 2014, where various roles included Human Resources Consultant, HR Generalist, and Employment Specialist until August 2022. Before joining UPMC, Alicia worked at Target as Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader in Human Resources from June 2010 to May 2014, focusing on team development and employee relations. Alicia began a professional journey in human resources with an internship at PITT OHIO in 2009. Alicia holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in 2010.
