Lauren Victoria Ahrens has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and human resources. Lauren Victoria began their career as a Recruiter at Barclays and later served as the OFCCP Compliance Team Lead. Ahrens started their professional journey as a Corporate Financial Analyst at OpHedge Investment Services. Throughout their career, Ahrens has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including talent acquisition strategy, analytics and reporting, change management, and compliance.

Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications and Rhetoric from the University at Albany, SUNY.
