Eric Fischer has a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in various non-profit organizations. Eric is currently the Chief Financial Officer at the Children's Council of San Francisco, where they oversee financial performance, information technology, and facilities operations. Prior to this, Eric served as the Chief Financial Officer at Community Housing Partnership, Homeward Bound of Marin, and Hospice By The Bay. Eric also held leadership roles at Breakthrough Collaborative and the Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo County, Inc. Eric's expertise includes managing accounting, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, human resources, and grant management. Eric has a demonstrated commitment to helping vulnerable populations and ensuring access to quality services.
Eric Fischer has a diverse education history focused on coaching and leadership. Eric attended the Conscious Leadership Group from 2019 to 2022, where they studied Coaching and Conscious Leadership. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they completed a program in Coaching for Transformation at Leadership That Works. In 2012 and 2013, they attended the Coaches Training Institute and obtained the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) degree, specializing in Life, Career, and Relationship Coaching. Eric's educational journey began in 1983 at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Decision & Information Sciences, graduating in 1987.
Additionally, Eric obtained a certification as a member of the International Coaching Federation in February 2021, as indicated by the ICF Member Badge.
