Dave Sharkis

Dave Sharkis is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Children's Dyslexia Centers Inc since May 2019, overseeing a charitable organization focused on providing multisensory reading and language services for children with dyslexia across over 40 locations in 13 states. From March 2012 onward, Dave has held various leadership roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, including Continuous Improvement Lead and Director of Quality. Previously, Dave worked at Collins Aerospace and Goodrich in senior managerial positions focused on training, operations, and manufacturing processes. Early career experience includes roles at Raytheon, Perkin Elmer, and education in Business (BS) from Post University and Electrical Engineering (AS) from Waterbury State Tech.
