Stephen Flanagan

Stephen Flanagan has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Stephen began their career at Deloitte as an Assistant Audit Manager from 2008 to 2013. Stephen then joined St James's Hospital Dublin as a Financial Controller from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they worked as the Director of Finance at Children's Health Ireland at Crumlin from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Children's Health Ireland (CHI) since 2019.

Stephen Flanagan completed their Master of Accounting degree in Accounting and Business/Management at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2007. In 2009, they obtained their Chartered Accountant certification from Chartered Accountants Ireland. Later, in 2016, they completed their Master of Health Services Management degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Trinity College Dublin.
