Each year we work with over 1,000 individuals to facilitate positive change and to make a brighter future for those experiencing difficult times Services located at our main campus just East of York City, include Diagnostic Evaluation Services, Emergency Shelter, Girls’ Center, Permanency Program (Foster Care and Adoption), and Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care (MTFC) (currently for York County only).
