Cindy Szymanski

Cindy Szymanski has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Cindy started their career in 1999 as an HR Representative at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, where they later became a Manager of Human Resources in 2004. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company. After working at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare for four years, they joined Ascension in 2016 as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2019, they moved to Children's Wisconsin, where they first served as a Talent Acquisition Manager before being promoted to the position of Director of Talent Acquisition.

Cindy Szymanski attended Franklin High School from 1986 to 1990. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
