Jose Javier Rivera Rodriguez

Jose Javier Rivera Rodriguez has extensive experience in safety and emergency management, currently serving as the Safety & Emergency Management Manager at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin since August 2018. Previously, Jose was the Emergency Response Planning Coordinator/Safety Officer & Environmental Health at the City of Milwaukee Health Department from January 2013 to July 2018. Jose began a career at FEMA, working from August 2001 to December 2012 in various roles, including Public Assistance Group Supervisor, Public Assistance Officer, and Disaster Recovery Specialist. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, earned between 1998 and 2003.
