Karen Quinlan Turner

Karen Quinlan Turner is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations, financial management, and strategic planning across multiple prestigious institutions. Currently serving as Senior Administrator for Children's Specialty Group at Children's Wisconsin since June 2022, Karen has previously held key leadership roles, including Chief Administrator at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Chief Operating Officer at Wayne State University Physician Group. With a track record of driving operational improvements and overseeing large teams, Karen has managed significant budgets, including $121 million at WSU and $85 million at Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation. An alumna of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA, Karen also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.
