Jessica Casarez

Jessica Casarez, CLMS, currently serves as the Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation Case Manager at CHOC Children's since April 2020, overseeing the administration of company policies and compliance with leave and workers compensation regulations. Concurrently, Jessica has been an LOA Specialist at Allied Universal since March 2018, focusing on managing leave of absence claims and providing support to associates and HR partners. Previously, Jessica worked at Vans a Division of VF Outdoor, serving as an Associate HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, processing payroll, and maintaining compliance with privacy laws. Jessica began their career at Quiksilver as a Credit Assistant, providing support in accounts receivable operations. Jessica attended Golden West College.
