Vibha Sood

Vibha Sood is an experienced pediatrician and educator, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh since January 2019. Previously, Vibha completed a fellowship in Advanced GI Motility at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and held the position of Assistant Professor at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. With extensive training in pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition obtained during fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Vibha has a strong background in pediatric care, having worked in various capacities, including as a medical doctor and senior resident. Vibha has actively contributed to clinical policy development, professional education, and mentoring medical students throughout a diverse and comprehensive career in pediatrics, earning degrees in medicine from multiple institutions, including a Doctor of Medicine in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition from the University of Rochester.
