Carolyn Meyer

Carolyn Meyer is an accomplished learning and organizational development professional with extensive experience in instructional design and program management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters since March 2019, Carolyn has successfully built a dedicated team and co-created the health system's first Leadership Development program. Prior roles include Learning and Development Program Manager at CHKD, where Carolyn revamped the New Employee Orientation process, and various instructional design positions at Norfolk Southern Corporation, URS Corporation, Old Dominion University, WHRO, and Concurrent Technologies Corporation, focusing on developing training content for diverse audiences. Carolyn holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, complemented by a certificate in Multimedia.
