Erica Armstrong

Erica Armstrong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational learning and development, having held key roles at notable companies such as Tesla and Honda of America Mfg., Inc. At Tesla, from November 2020 to September 2022, Erica served as Manager, Organizational Learning & Development and Sr. Talent Partner, Leader Development. Prior to this, at Honda, responsibilities included strategic planning and development of employee programs, leadership training, and succession planning.
