Smantha Kollar

Smantha Kollar is an experienced IS Clinical Application Specialist at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters since October 1995. Responsibilities include managing servers, supporting ancillary departments, coordinating upgrades, conducting testing, and training staff and physicians. Smantha also works with vendors to facilitate communications for various departmental needs and troubleshoots issues related to ancillary services, including collaboration with specific departments like Caldwell EEG Sleep Lab and Cardiology. In previous roles, Smantha served as RIS/PACS Supervisor, maintaining radiology systems and ensuring communication of system needs. Smantha holds an Associate of Science in Computer Science and a degree in Network from Tidewater Community College, attained between 2007 and 2012.
