Claire Fleitz

Claire Fleitz is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in early childhood and theatre education. Currently serving as a 4s/5s Teacher at Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church Day School, Claire also holds the position of Director of Education and Community Outreach at Swan City Piano Festival, where collaboration with local artists and businesses enhances interactive play experiences. With a focus on promoting literacy, Claire has worked as a Teaching Artist for New York City Children's Theater, creating engaging curriculum for family classes, and served as a Teaching Artist and Curriculum Writer for the Theater for Early Learner Literacy program at Marquis Studios. Additional roles include work as an Afterschool Instructor, Mentorship Manager for the Children's Media Association, and various teaching positions at educational institutions. Claire holds an MA in Applied Theatre from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and a BA in Theatre from Florida State University.
