Amy Hilliard, MBA, CCP has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Amy started their career as an HR Manager at BMC West, where they supported multiple facilities and was responsible for recruitment, training, and employee relations. Amy then served as an HR Business Partner at Children's Medical Center, providing HR expertise to multiple client groups and overseeing employee engagement initiatives. Amy also worked as an HR Business Partner at Beal Bank, providing HR guidance and ensuring compliance with regulations. Currently, Amy is the VP HR and Talent at Children's Health, where they have held various roles including Strategic HR Business Partner and Director of Compensation. In these roles, they have been responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs, analyzing executive compensation, and partnering with senior leaders. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
