Cristal Retana Lule

Cristal Retana Lule has extensive experience in community relations and governmental affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Community Relations at Children's Health since January 2018. Prior roles at Children's Health include Community Relations Officer, Director of Government & Community Relations, and Manager of Government and Community Relations. Prior to this, Cristal worked as Chief of Staff for Councilmember Adam McGough in the City of Dallas and the Texas House of Representatives, also holding the position of Chief of Staff. Early career experience includes serving as a Legislative Aide in the Texas Senate. Cristal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Chemistry from Texas Woman's University.
