Daphney Ford

Daphney Ford is an experienced leadership development professional currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at Children's Health since June 2022. With a background in organizational leadership and human relations, Daphney also holds a position as an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University. Previous roles include Learning and Development Partner at Enjoy Technology, Inc., and Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Children's Health. Daphney’s experience further extends to JPS Health Network and Associa, where responsibilities included senior learning consulting and organizational development. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pace University, and a Certified Coach Certificate from Coach Training Alliance.
