Carolyn Lever

Carolyn Lever has extensive experience in leadership development and commercial capability building, primarily with Yara International from August 2017 to December 2022, where roles included Director of Leadership Development and Director of Commercial Capability Building (Global). Lever has a strong background in transformative sales methodologies, highlighted by the implementation of a Value Selling approach as Global Commercial Excellence Manager at Yara. Earlier experience includes roles as a Solution Selling Lead Consultant at Sales Performance International, a Leadership Development Consultant at CLEVERBY LTD, and a Solution Selling Coach at Selling Sciences. In addition to practical experience, Lever holds a PgDip in Education for Sustainability from London South Bank University and a Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University.
