Dolores Toledo currently serves as the Head of Workforce Development (Program Director) at Children's Health, where strategic development and oversight of learning initiatives, such as internships and apprenticeships, are key responsibilities. Previously, at Meta, Dolores held the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager, leading a large mentoring program while shaping program strategies and learning content.
