Paul started their career at Midwest Transportation, where they served as a Manager of Business Operations, implementing systems to support ground transportation operations. Paul also developed procedures for record-keeping and government compliance. In 1996, Paul moved on to American Airlines, where they held various roles, including Director of Technology for Digital Media and Content Architecture, and Manager of Revenue Accounting Systems & Engineering. At American Airlines, they managed teams and worked on strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management. Most recently, Paul worked at Children's Health as the Director of Digital Strategy & Analytics - Marketing - Patient Experience. Paul also served as the Director of Advanced Analytics - EDW, and currently holds the position of Program Director, Applications Strategy - Information Technology. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in analytics, strategy, and managing diverse teams.
