Queen Greene serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Operations for Children’s Health. In this role, Queen is responsible for Employee Relations, HR Regulatory and Compliance, HR Information Systems, Integrated Absence Management and HR Shared Services.
Prior to joining Children’s Health in 2018, Queen held various HR executive leader roles for Baylor Scott and White Health where she led HR strategic and business operations for the HR operations teams within the system.
Queen graduated from the University of La Verne where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration. Queen earned her Master of Business Administration in strategic leadership from Amberton University.
