Erin Humphries

Proteomics Researcher at Children's Medical Research Institute

Erin Humphries is a dedicated Proteomics Researcher at the Children's Medical Research Institute since December 2019, contributing to the ProCan project aimed at enhancing cancer diagnosis and treatment globally. Previous experience includes working as an Analytical Chemist at the National Measurement Institute, where responsibilities encompassed sample preparation and mass spectrometry maintenance. Erin has also demonstrated teaching proficiency as a Lab Demonstrator at the University of Sydney and as a high school science and mathematics tutor. Additional roles include medical receptionist at Allison Crescent Medical Centre and cashier/kitchen hand at Art Wong Noodles. Erin holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Sydney and has participated in international research projects in countries like Germany and China.
