Dave Henriksen

Dave Henriksen currently serves as the EVP Chief Transformation Officer at Children's Mercy, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Dave was the Head of Value Based Care at Notable, where excitement surrounded the integration of advanced technology in value-based care. Dave's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Trinsic Clinically Integrated Network and holding various operational roles within Intermountain Health, including VP of Operations at Castell and Regional Operations Officer. Additionally, adjunct faculty roles were held at the University of Utah and the University of Minnesota, focusing on project management. Dave holds an MHA from the University of Minnesota and a BA in History and Business from the University of Utah.
