Stephanie Rogers, MBA, BSN, RN, NI-BC, FACHE, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Stephanie currently holds the position of Chief Nursing Informatics Officer and Senior Nursing Director of Health Informatics and Technology at Children's Mercy Kansas City starting in November 2022.

Prior to their current role, Stephanie worked at Cerner Corporation for over 20 years and held several leadership positions. Stephanie served as the Senior Director of Consulting from July 2015 to October 2022, where they were responsible for leading clinical informatics strategies, clinical adoption consulting services, and client value attainment. Before that, they worked as the Managing Director of the Critical Care Business Unit from January 2012 to July 2015. Stephanie also served as a Solution Manager, Designer, and Strategist for Acute and Critical Care Development, leading the clinical design, strategy, development, implementation, and adoption of Cerner's emerging solutions and device interoperability. Stephanie was also a Team Leader and Functional Specialist in Sales at Cerner from June 1999 to 2001.

Stephanie's earlier work experience includes serving as a Manager of Critical Care Registered Nurse at the Harry S Truman VA Hospital from 1990 to 1999. In this role, they managed critical care units such as the Surgical ICU, PACU, Outpatient Surgery, and Primary Care.

Additionally, Stephanie has obtained various certifications, including Nursing Informatics from the American Nurses Association in 2008, Adult Critical Care Nursing from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses in 1993, and Registered Nurse from the Missouri State Board of Nursing in 1991. Stephanie was recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2016.
