Tracy Ganes

Tracy Ganes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tracy started in 2005 as a CRNA at McLeod Regional Medical Center and then moved on to work as a CRNA at Tuomey Healthcare System from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Carolinas HealthCare System as a CRNA and worked there until 2011. During this time, Tracy gained expertise in anesthesia management and scheduling. In 2011, they began working at McLeod Health Clarendon, initially as the Chief CRNA and later as the Interim Director of Surgical Services. Tracy's role at McLeod Health Clarendon included overseeing the daily operations of the anesthesia department and ensuring accreditation readiness.

Tracy Ganes holds a Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia from USC, which was completed before 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Science in Nursing, with a specialization in RN to BSN, from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2000.
