Maya Sultan

Maya Sultan's work experience includes serving as the BME Peer Advising Leader at The Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University, starting in May 2023. Maya is also an Undergraduate Researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology, beginning in May 2023. In addition, Maya has held positions at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, where they were the Vice President of Internal Affairs and Communications, starting in April 2023, and previously the Director of Public Relations from August 2022 to April 2023.

Maya Sultan completed their high school education at Greater Atlanta Christian School from 2007 to 2021, earning a High School Diploma. Maya then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2025. In April 2023, Maya obtained certification as a Group 1 Biomedical research Investigator and Key Personnel from the CITI Program.
