Sneha Chauhan is currently an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Augusta University, focusing on clinical research related to Niacin’s anti-inflammatory effects in Parkinson’s Disease patients in Dr. Wakade's lab since January 2020. In addition to the research role, Sneha serves as the President of the Lumin Society, a student ambassador organization for the university's Alumni Affairs office. As Vice President of Finance for Jaguar Miracle, a part of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and as a National Ambassador for MDJunior, a nonprofit that engages youth in health initiatives, Sneha demonstrates a commitment to community service and leadership. Previous experience includes a clinical volunteer position at Good Samaritan Health Center of Gwinnett and an internship in sports medicine at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Sneha is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University after earning a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Augusta University.
