Shawn Francis

Shawn Francis has extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmacy industry. Shawn currently holds the position of Director of Specialty Pharmacy at Children's National Hospital and Director, Specialty Pharmacy Operations at Clearway Health. Prior to these roles, they served as the Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Operations at Texas Pain Physicians.

Shawn also has a significant background with CVS Health, where they held various leadership positions, including District Leader and Pharmacy Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated strong skills in people management, strategic planning, and compliance with regulations. Shawn also played a key role in talent development and boosting morale within the organization.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the same institute. Additionally, Shawn has several certifications, including "Leading Your Team Through Change" and "Leading without Formal Authority" from LinkedIn, "Pharmacist [Preceptor]" from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy, "Medication Therapy Management" and "APhA Immunization" from the American Pharmacists Association, and another "Pharmacist [Preceptor]" certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
