Amber Gross

Independent Programmatic Monitor at Children's Services Council of Broward County

Amber Gross, MSW, is an experienced professional in social work and education, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Florida Atlantic University since August 2018, where responsibilities include developing curricula and assessing student learning. Concurrently, Amber serves as an Independent Programmatic Monitor for the Children's Services Council of Broward County, conducting evaluations of after-school programs and providing recommendations for quality improvement. Previously, from October 2008 to May 2018, Amber held various roles at the PACE Center for Girls, culminating as the Reach Program Manager, focusing on service coordination that aligns with gender-responsive, strength-based, and trauma-informed principles. Amber Gross holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Anthropology from the University of Florida.
